As you may know I’m a huge fan of adding collagen + protein powder to my smoothies. I love to use Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides! Here’s my latest blog post all about the importance of collagen. My Superfood Coffee Smoothie

  • 1 cup of Califia Cold Brew
  • 1/2 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 handfuls of Organic Spinach
  • 1 splash of Pure Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 1 scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
  • 1 scoop of Quest Pure Protein Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cups of ice
  • 1 dash of cinnamon
