Healthy skin & hair starts from the inside and what you’re feeding your body! Healthy fats, fruits & vegetables actually make an impact on the skin. By intertwining these foods into your diet, you’ll start to see improvements.

Berries: Fruits like strawberries, blueberries & raspberries are loaded with Vitamins C & A & antioxidants. There are tons of anti-aging benefits! I usually eat some type of berries every day, it’s a yummy snack.

Avocado: Avocados are a healthy fat that is loaded with fiber, vitamins & antioxidants that benefit both our skin, hair & nails. They have more potassium than a banana! Monounsaturated fats are key for healthy skin & hair. If you incorporate avocados into your diet, you may notice your skin tone balancing out & thicker/stronger hair.

Nuts: Nuts have nutrients including omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins that help your skin stay plump. For example, cashews have acne-fighting nutrients that help reduce any inflammation & promote hydration. Most nuts are beneficial for the skin.

Spinach: Surprisingly, spinach has many beneficial nutrients including, folate, iron & vitamins A & C. It has a great source of iron that helps your hair grow faster & stronger.
